By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and, where required, be of legal age to purchase automotive components.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and shipping information and for keeping any account credentials secure. Incorrect information can delay or prevent fulfillment.

Product titles, images, materials and applications are presented as listed in our catalog. We do not claim guaranteed fitment, certifications, horsepower gains or sound levels. You are responsible for verifying that a part suits your vehicle before ordering; our team will help if you contact us with your year, make, model and engine.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your destination and current tax settings. If a price or product detail is published in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. Only the payment methods presented at checkout are accepted. We do not store your full payment card details.

Items may be manufactured or prepared to order, and delivery can take up to 30 calendar days from the order date. Estimates are not guarantees. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; a contract forms when we accept and begin fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailable supply, and will refund any amount charged.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

The VantaFlow Performance name, logo, site design, text and imagery are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission.

• Scraping, overloading, probing or interfering with the site or its systems.
• Fraudulent orders, payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Reselling or reproducing site content without permission.
• Any use that violates applicable law.

Some exhaust components, including catless downpipes and off-road pipes, may not be legal for use on public roads in all jurisdictions and may affect emissions compliance. No emissions certification is claimed. You are solely responsible for confirming and complying with applicable federal, state and local law before purchase, installation or use.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VantaFlow Performance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including installation costs, loss of use or vehicle downtime. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
